    Searching for resins is a very time-consuming process that takes hours, so we cannot allow customers to abuse this free service

    We will always confirm all the details regarding the statues with you before payment. You can also ask us for photos of the warehouse before shipping, if necessary.

    If you're looking for a part that has been on the market for a long time, we almost certainly won't be able to offer replacements. Some of the reasons are:

    • Factory likely closed
    • The production molds have been destroyed. This process takes place three months after they were received in CHINA.
    • The studio has closed and no longer works with statues
    • In any case, we will always offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage or a free repair, as outlined in our policies.

    Before making any purchase from a supplier, we always check the quality of the item, review the photos they send us, and instruct the warehouse to protect the box as much as possible.

    This section offers the same payment and shipping methods as other regular orders
    Regarding cancellations, orders placed outside the web platform are not eligible for a refund of 60%.
    These orders are not posted on the website, and we have no way to either sell or cancel them—not to mention the hard work the entire team puts in to find your item. Therefore, no refund will be issued for the cancellation of an off-website order.
