How long will it take for my statue to arrive?
It is very important to distinguish between a pre-order and an item in stock. For items in stock, the process takes 55 days, while for pre-orders, it can take between 3 and 8 months on average.
Can I cancel a reservation or change/transfer my payment?
Transfers of funds from one order to another by the same customer are not permitted, as we use this money to pay the studios and manufacturers. However, in accordance with our policies, we will refund 60% of the amount paid to try to help you with your situation.
Why isn't my tracking number working?

Kaioland ships worldwide! Our prices include shipping to the U.S., the European Union, Canada, Australia, and Japan. For all other countries, shipping costs will be billed based on the size of the package.
