1. Payment in installments

You can pay in installments using the option «PayPal Open Invoice». All the necessary information is available at: https://www.kaioverse.com/pago-en-cuotas/

2. Shipping

Once the full amount for the figurine has been paid, a tracking number will be provided within a maximum of 4 business days upon confirmation of payment, along with instructions for tracking the shipment. The estimated delivery times are:

  • 4 Days in Europe
  • 5 days in the U.S.
  • 5 days to the rest of the world

These delivery times are approximate. During certain times of the year (Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas, summer), high shipping volumes may cause delays. You can track your order at: http://70mai.kingtrans.net/WebTrack.

In the event of a confirmed loss of the package by the shipping company, a full refund the price of the item plus shipping costs.

3. After-Sales Service and Warranty

Breakage is an inherent risk when shipping resin from China, as it is a particularly fragile material. Although breakage occurs infrequently, it cannot be completely ruled out; therefore, we recommend taking this into account before placing an order, especially for products that have been on the market for a long time.

Here at Kaioverse, we'll do everything we can to help you. The incident management process is as follows:

  1. Contact us using the form available at https://www.kaioverse.com/servicio-postventa/. Our after-sales service team will respond as soon as possible and process your request with the appropriate supplier.
  2. Once we have been notified of the investigation, we will begin the process of obtaining your replacement part and will let you know when it is ready.
  3. The estimated time to obtain the replacement is 1 to 2 months, although it may take longer. You can contact us at any time to receive updates on the status of your request.
  4. As soon as we have the replacement, we will ship it to the original shipping address and provide you with the corresponding tracking number.

If the studio is unable to provide a replacement, we will proceed with the free repair of the statue or, if that is not possible, a partial refund in accordance with the damages.

To expedite the resolution process, in cases of minor damage (fitting issues, parts sticking together, or other repairable problems), we may offer a repair or a partial refund directly, without requiring the customer to wait for a replacement.

In the event of LED system or lighting malfunctions, the following will be performed: a partial refund immediately, since this type of issue cannot be resolved through replacement or repair.

Remember that at Kaioverse, replacements and repairs are always free, and partial refunds are paid by Kaioverse, not the developer.

Deadline for reporting damage: In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a certain period of time to report any breakage, defect, or missing parts from the time you receive your order. To ensure prompt processing, we recommend that you report any issues as soon as possible after receiving your order. Under no circumstances will this timeframe be shorter than that provided for by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Important notice for consumers in the European Union: In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain) and Directive (EU) 2019/771, consumer goods are covered by a minimum statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty is not subject to Kaioverse's internal deadlines.

4. Differences between the final product and the promotional images

For budget-friendly or low-volume production items, there may be a slight difference between the promotional images and the final product you receive. To minimize this risk, we recommend purchasing products when a physical prototype is available rather than relying on 3D renderings, as the prototype provides a much more accurate representation of the final result.

Since Kaioverse pays for pre-orders directly to the manufacturer, we cannot offer a 100% refund for minor aesthetic differences, as production and shipping costs have already been paid. However, if the difference in quality compared to what was advertised is significant, Kaioverse agrees to consider a partial reimbursement at one's own expense.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the time the product is received, without needing to provide a reason.

However, since the products sold on Kaioverse are limited-edition items manufactured on a pre-order basis with production costs prepaid to the studio, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the order has not yet entered the manufacturing or shipping process.
